Collection Representative must have basic computer skills to include updating of all accounts into database recording of all calls made. Must be able to communicate with debtors by telephone and written correspondence. Ability to work in a team environment is important. Preferred collection experience in the transportation sector is a plus.
Successful Collection Representatives have strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills as well as the ability to respond effectively when dealing with a variety of people and situations.
